The Figtree Gospel Group have been meeting in Fatima Mansions on Monday nights for over 20 years. When we needed help to understand a Gospel book or text we called Pierre (Simson) and he came among us as a good friend, explaining the scriptures to us. He still lectures to packed auditoriums in Sion Hill College.
