Learning to Navigate the Crises in Today's Ireland.
The recent crises in Ireland are a stark illustration of how so many people in today's Ireland are denied a place at table. The table where the resources of the country are shared out, the table where the voices of those present are heard and respected, the table where decisions are taken that affect the lives of all of us. As more and more people are being increasingly marginalised from their rightful place around the table how do we navigate a path forward in this current oppressive situation? To explore this area in an experiential way PIF have invited Sean Ruth to facilitate this year's Partners in Faith Summer School.
Venue: Mary Immaculate Parish, Inchicore
Date: Wednesday 20th and Thursday, 21st of July 2011
Time: Registration 9.30am Wednesday. Programme starts 10am both days and finishes 4pm.
Cost: €30 (€20 unwaged)

The General Election
In a few short weeks we will all have an opportunity to have our say at the ballot box. But who should we vote for?
To help us decide we have invited Dr. John Bissett, a well known sociologist and local community activist, to give us an overview of the current political and economic situation in Ireland. John was a co-organiser of the recent very successful 'Spectacle of Defiance and Hope' event, a short video account of which can be viewed on the 'videos' section of this website.

Welcome to a delightful day with Jon ...
Tai Chi movements, stillness, discussion, reflection and prayer.
This session provides an opportunity for participants to journey into themselves to meet the energies within and around in a new and dynamic way. These energies can then be brought back into our daily lives with a transforming freshness.
A time to physically relax, quieten your mind, listen inside, to be completely present and aware; to self and surroundings, to be stable and peaceful, open to, and sharing the presence of God active within our lives.
Help you to gently let go of tension, cultivate; energy, awareness, clarity, creativity.
