We hope to continue these sessions in January 2010.

The Diocese of Clogher invited PIF  back again to start off the Pastoral Training programme New Heart, New Spirit. The centres were in Smithboro, Co. Monaghan and Trillick, Co. Tyrone. About 90 people participated on all four nights.

As a way of testing our adult facilitation skills we asked the Figtree Gospel sharing group if we could run the session ‘Moments of Mystery with them, as preparation for working with groups in Monaghan and Tyrone. The main learning was the importance of choosing the right words when asking people to reflect on their experiences.

The Spiritan Meeting held at Emmaus this year is an annual gathering of personnel from the Spiritan congregation working at home and abroad. The meeting is a focus of renewal for the congregation  about its current work and future directions. Yvonne Daly and Gemma presented four Workshops  at the meeting on what Partners in Faith is about; methodology, content and its adult community education basis
